Refund policy

We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return your item within 60 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused and in original condition. Custom or personalized orders are not returnable.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at kevin@klhwoodcraft.com within 7 days with photos of the damage to receive a replacement or refund.

To initiate a standard return, contact us at kevin@klhwoodcraft.com to receive a prepaid return shipping label via email. Return shipping costs are covered by us.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days. Returns, refunds, or exchanges for buyer's remorse are not accepted after 60 days from delivery. For structural or craftsmanship issues occurring after 60 days, please refer to our Limited Warranty Policy.
