About KLH Woodcraft
Our Production Principles:
- Single-Maker Execution: One craftsman owns the process for each piece from initial stock preparation through to the final quality inspection.
- Material Integrity: We build exclusively with solid, sustainably sourced hardwood. We never utilize veneers, fillers, or engineered core substrates.
- Traditional Joinery: Our designs rely on time tested methods that provide solid build quality while still allowing the wood its natural seasonal movement.
- Designed for a Lifetime: Each piece utilizes a fully repairable hard-wax oil finish to enable full restoration of blemishes and marks that a life of use might introduce. All indoor products that require it use a reversible glue that will either last a lifetime, or can be reversed to allow for damaged part removal and repair. Outdoor products use a glue designed to be weather resistant but are not reversible.
Kevin L. Hambrick retired from the U.S. Coast Guard in 2021 and started what would become KLH Woodcraft shortly thereafter. All products will always be proudly Made in the USA.
